"Amazing Service"
What an amazing service! I was in a bit of a rush to get some oil for my wooden floors. There was a minor hiccup with the delivery, but the Natural Paint Co. quickly dispatched a second order with express shipping to make sure I got the oil when I needed it.
The scent is delightful! It really has a nice aroma and goes on super smoothly. I’d totally suggest this company to anyone!

"Health is Priceless"
I was on the hunt for organic, natural paint for my bedroom to avoid breathing in toxins while I sleep, and I stumbled upon this site during my search. They are super dependable; all four of my orders showed up the very next day after I placed them, and their delivery folks are really friendly. I picked a soft blue shade (whisper) for my room, which I absolutely adore, and I must mention it has a pleasant scent too (it smells natural, hard to explain, but it doesn’t have that usual toxic smell you get with regular paints). I can honestly say my sleep feels much safer now.

It's fantastic to receive an actual color chart with genuine paint samples. The coverage of the paint is solid, and I had no issues while applying it. Plus, it's comforting to realize there are no harmful chemicals involved, and it could even help soak up the toxins from new furniture without harming the environment! I've purchased paint multiple times and it's always been a positive experience! Just this week, I noticed I had selected the wrong color, so I shot off an email to see if they could halt the order and switch it for the right one. They got back to me quickly, letting me know they had updated my order and when I could expect it. No holdups and a straightforward revised invoice - truly top-notch support! Much appreciated!

I've been using eco-friendly paint for a couple of years and have explored various brands. Recently, I picked up some paint for my bathroom, and I gotta say, I'm quite impressed. The coverage goes on really smooth and looks great. What I really appreciate is how you can actually talk to the company and get personal replies! That's a lovely touch. "This is the ONLY paint we'll use in our house!"
I've returned to the Natural Organic Paint Company once more, this time to spruce up our new place. Once again, the delivery was lightning fast, the products are fantastic, and the customer service was top-notch, keeping us updated throughout the whole process.
Honestly, I can't imagine using any other paint from now on... Made in the UK; natural; organic; a family business; right up in God's own country... what's not to LOVE?!

"Support Experience"
I mistakenly ordered the wrong paint and reached out to the company to cancel it. After that, I placed a new order for the right paint. The first shipment showed up, then the second one came in, and I ended up being billed for both. It's been two months and countless emails later, and I'm still stuck with the paint I didn’t want and no sign of the refund they promised. The last time I heard from them was on February 19th. I've pretty much given up on getting my money back and will just take my business elsewhere next time.

"Awful support from the company"
Awful support from the company! They didn’t take any responsibility for the paint they provided. Misleading advertising; appears off-white online, in the can labeled 'chartered white,' but it turned out GREEN on my walls! They pretty much pointed fingers at Auro, even though they were the ones who sold me the paint. Total waste of £121. I suggest checking out Lakeland ecos paint - I had zero issues with them.

"great place for low-toxicity paints and varnishes"
I’d definitely suggest this company since the service was solid, with clear communication and quick shipping. I picked up a wood varnish that went on easily in three coats and delivered nice results. The only downside was that there was a fishy odor lingering for about a week after varnishing, which made it tough to feel comfy sleeping in the room with the furniture.

"Great item, excellent service!"
I'm really happy with this purchase. I picked up the anti-mould tester pot and snagged an extra one for free since they had a promotion going on, which was a nice surprise! The paint is of good quality and applied easily. Just a small note: the tester pots are a bit on the small side, so you might want to grab two anyway. Other than that, I’ll surely be coming back to this company again :)

The item showed up quickly and was in excellent shape. The site is super easy to navigate - really user-friendly, plus you can test a small sample before going for the larger buy. The fragrance is pleasant, it's simple to apply, and it matches the description well - so far, so good regarding the coverage anticipated, drying time, and scent. I’m for sure gonna shop with this company again!

We purchased a unique primer and a matte finish for our DIY family bed, and we’re really happy with what we got.
The drying and hardening process takes roughly a week, which works for us. The materials were super easy to handle, and the joy of not having any harmful chemicals coming from our bed is totally worth the extra cost.
Honestly, the scent is pretty nice, though it’s a bit strong at the beginning. It fades away after a few weeks.
I can wholeheartedly recommend these amazing vegan products!

"A Simple and Enjoyable Paint Experience"
Using this paint is a breeze and quite enjoyable. That said, it does have VOCs, so if you're looking to steer clear of those, there are alternatives with lower levels. But hey, these are natural compounds that our bodies might handle just fine. It doesn’t advertise itself as being resistant to bugs or mold, so if that’s an issue, you might need a primer or a different type of paint altogether. I really dig the green color, and it does a great job of covering up fillers and other imperfections.
